Autonomy v2 Exercise Science Training Systems are resistance training programs structured to deliver distinct training methodologies that target specific physical adaptations. These systems are divided into four pathway categories because resistance training is not a single uniform method. Different training objectives require different loading strategies, repetition structures, recovery intervals, sequencing patterns, and progression models. Pathway 1, Maximal Strength, is designed to support the development of higher force output and greater expression of strength. Pathway 2, Maximal Hypertrophy, focuses on muscular development and the expansion of size-related adaptations. Pathway 3, Muscle Conditioning, is structured to improve muscular work capacity and repeated-effort performance under accumulating fatigue. Pathway 4, Muscle Endurance, is built to improve the ability of muscles to sustain output over longer durations with a greater emphasis on fatigue resistance. Together, these four resistance training systems enable Autonomy v2 to organize exercise programming around the actual training objective, providing a defined methodological framework for assigning the appropriate resistance training pathway.
