Outreach Review
If you’ve been contacted by a NorthStar representative—whether by phone, email, text, or in person—this page allows you to provide direct feedback to NorthStar management.
NorthStar Code of Professional Conduct
All individuals representing NorthStar Advanced Exercise Science—whether as employees or independent contractors—are expected to maintain the highest standards of professionalism in appearance, communication, and conduct.
NorthStar representatives must present themselves in formal business attire, maintain a clean and professional appearance, and engage with businesses respectfully and responsibly at all times. Communication must remain professional—free of slang, sarcasm, profanity, or informal language—and should reflect the seriousness of their role and the integrity of the organization.
Only in-person visits, phone calls, and standard text messaging are authorized for business outreach. Communication through email, social media, or any non-approved digital channel is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized by NorthStar HQ.
Important: If you received an email that did not come from a verified NorthStar email address ending in @northstar-central.com, that message was not sent by NorthStar HQ. Please notify us immediately using the form below. Unauthorized outreach by email is a serious violation of our conduct policy.
NorthStar allows representatives to use personal mobile phones for outreach in order to maintain transparency regarding their geographic location. Outreach is conducted from multiple regions, not solely from our headquarters in Irvine, California, and we do not use location-masking technology through our 800 number. Every representative, however, is assigned a verified NorthStar extension that can be accessed by calling the 800 number. This ensures that all outreach remains traceable and that each representative’s affiliation with NorthStar can be independently confirmed.
To report inappropriate conduct—or to recognize someone representing NorthStar with outstanding professionalism—please complete the Outreach Review form. All submissions are reviewed promptly by NorthStar management.
