Content Manager Responsibilities
The Meta Content Manager is responsible for the day-to-day organic operation of the Autonomy v2 Facebook page, including editorial planning, original content development, publishing, audience engagement, and performance analysis. Paid advertising is managed separately.
Full Ownership of the Facebook Page
This position is built around ownership rather than task execution. Once onboarding is complete, the Meta Content Manager should understand what has recently been published, what is scheduled, which subjects deserve greater attention, which formats are performing, and what the page needs next.
Autonomy v2 should not need to determine the next topic, write the caption, create the graphic, or continually assign the next piece of content. Routine Facebook operations should be actively managed by someone who understands the company, the audience, the existing content, and the editorial direction of the page.
Editorial Judgment and Content Strategy
Strong editorial judgment is central to the role. The Meta Content Manager must determine which subjects deserve attention, how they should be presented, what format best communicates the idea, how much explanation is necessary, and whether a proposed post contributes meaningfully to the quality of the Facebook page.
The objective is not simply to publish more often. The page should maintain an intentional mix of educational, technical, exercise, anatomy, CTPS, company, professional, and engagement-oriented content without becoming repetitive or overly promotional.
Original Content Creation
The Meta Content Manager should be capable of taking an initial idea and carrying it through to a finished piece of content. That includes researching the subject, determining the editorial angle, writing the copy, selecting the right format, developing the visual or video component, and preparing the finished content for publication.
Existing Autonomy v2 materials should be treated as building blocks rather than finished assignments. Website content, exercise demonstrations, educational material, graphics, photography, video, CTPS resources, and company assets may all be repurposed into original Facebook content when a stronger platform-specific treatment can be created.
Research, Accuracy and AI Use
Research is part of the job. Content involving exercise science, anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, corrective exercise, artificial intelligence, training systems, or Autonomy v2 programs must be supported by reliable information and reviewed carefully before publication.
AI may be used extensively for ideation, research assistance, writing, imagery, video, editing, repurposing, and analysis, but it does not replace professional judgment. AI-generated claims, visuals, anatomical representations, exercise positions, and company-specific information must be checked before they appear publicly.
Performance never overrides accuracy. A visually impressive post, strong reel, or highly engaging claim is not successful if the underlying information is wrong.
Performance Analytics and Community Management
Responsibility continues after a post is published. The Meta Content Manager should monitor audience response, review available performance data, recognize patterns across subjects and formats, and use those findings to improve future editorial decisions.
Comments, questions, reactions, shares, reel performance, reach, views, and broader audience behavior should be treated as useful editorial intelligence rather than isolated numbers. Community activity should also be monitored professionally, with routine engagement handled appropriately and sensitive matters escalated when necessary.
