Autonomy Licensing Manager

Autonomy Licensing Manager Responsibilities

Licensing Managers are responsible for understanding how prospective CTPS professionals first encounter the Education Partner opportunity, what information they have already received, and how to accurately guide them through the Course Instructor, Exercise Instructor, and Codex Analyzer pathways.

A
First Point of Contact

CTPS Education Partner Digital Advertising

CTPS Education Partner digital ads are often the first point of contact for individuals exploring the Course Instructor or Exercise Instructor pathways. Autonomy Licensing Managers should be familiar with the Google Ads campaign currently promoting these opportunities, including which ads are circulating, the specific messages being presented, and what a prospective participant may reasonably understand from each advertisement. This familiarity allows the manger to continue the conversation from the same starting point, provide clarification where needed, answer questions accurately, and ensure that individuals considering a CTPS Education Partner role understand the pathway beyond the initial advertising message.

Prospect Experience

CTPS Education Partner Landing Page

The CTPS Education Partner landing page is the primary destination for individuals who respond to the advertising and begin exploring the opportunity in greater detail. Autonomy Licensing Managers should be thoroughly familiar with the page, including how the Course Instructor and Exercise Instructor pathways are presented, the terminology being used, the requirements and benefits communicated, and the sequence of information a prospective participant encounters before requesting additional information or checking availability. This allows the manger to understand exactly what the individual has already seen, continue the conversation without unnecessary repetition, clarify details that may require additional explanation, and ensure that the transition from advertising to personal consultation feels consistent and informed.

Professional Structure

The Three CTPS Professional Roles

The first distinction the manger must make clear is that the Autonomy Licensing Manager is a full-time salaried employee of Autonomy v2, while the professionals entering CTPS roles are not Autonomy v2 employees. Course Instructors, Exercise Instructors, and Codex Analyzers operate within the applicable CTPS licensing, certification, and authorization structure for their role. Those professional relationships allow them to work within the CTPS system, but they do not create an employment relationship with Autonomy v2.

The manger should then explain the three roles in terms of both what they do and where they work. Course Instructors teach the CTPS course from an approved clinic or professional setting and must be state-licensed healthcare professionals. Exercise Instructors provide one-on-one CTPS exercise instruction, including live virtual delivery, and do not require a state healthcare license or professional exercise certification. Certified Codex Analyzers work with the CTPS Codex and may operate within clinical environments or independently, with certification required before they begin working as Codex Analyzers. The manger should be able to explain these distinctions clearly so each person understands the professional setting, requirements, and scope associated with the pathway they are considering.

Course Instructor

Approved clinic or professional setting
State healthcare license required

Exercise Instructor

In person or live virtual instruction
No state license or professional exercise certification required

Codex Analyzer

Clinical or independent work
Certification required before working

R
Alternative Entry Point

CTPS Referral Program

The CTPS Referral Program is another important entry point into the Education Partner funnel because prospective instructors may first learn about CTPS through a personal referral rather than through a standard Education Partner advertisement. Autonomy Licensing Managers should understand how the referral program is presented publicly, including the Money For Nothing Expansion Program, the use of personalized referral links, and the message that referrers may earn up to $1,000 for each person they refer who is ultimately authorized as a CTPS Instructor.

mangers should also recognize that referred individuals may arrive with less background information than someone who has already reviewed the Education Partner landing page. The manger may therefore need to establish which CTPS pathway the individual is considering, explain the applicable requirements and work environment, clarify that authorization is required before the referral qualifies, and then guide the individual through the same Education Partner information and decision process as any other prospective participant.
