Licensed Wellness Office Provider
An Autonomy v2 Licensed Wellness Center is a wellness practice that holds an active Autonomy v2 provider license and uses the system as its structured resistance-training and musculoskeletal support platform. The license attaches to the wellness center itself, not to any individual practitioner, and authorizes the center to sell Autonomy v2 programs, allocate program seats to its clients, and position those programs as part of its own service offering. To keep Autonomy v2 active, the wellness center must maintain at least one Certified Autonomy v2 Trainer in good standing—this may be a wellness provider or a designated staff member—who is responsible for configuring programs through the AQP Intelligence Hub, supporting clients as they move through their 48-week block sequence, and keeping program use aligned with the exercise science rules built into the system. Clients remain clients of the wellness center, revenue flows through the center’s normal billing channels, and Autonomy v2 operates as the center’s in-house exercise science resource, complementing but not replacing any wellness services already provided.
Please email the Licensing Division to briefly describe the type of wellness practice you operate, so we can confirm whether Autonomy v2 is an appropriate fit and identify the correct provider classification for your business. Once reviewed, the Licensing Division will outline the applicable licensing path and the requirements for operating Autonomy v2 under your practice.
