Students learn the CTPS corrective framework: corrective objectives, six joint complexes, three modalities, and the Primary and Alternative exercise pathways that organize the system. The emphasis is on understanding why CTPS is structured around corrective objectives rather than simply learning a collection of exercises. This foundation establishes the terminology, organization, and corrective reasoning students will use throughout the remainder of the course.
Students progress through exercise purpose, setup, execution, observation, compensation recognition, and corrective decision-making, building the skills required to administer each pathway with control and consistency. Each class adds a distinct layer of competency, allowing students to progressively connect what an exercise is intended to accomplish with how it should be administered, evaluated, and adjusted.
Instruction shifts from individual exercise competency to complete CTPS administration, including exploratory and progressive sessions, documentation and continuity, program evaluation, future planning, and final competency validation.
The instructional curriculum is fully structured for the Course Instructor, providing the teaching framework, pacing, direction, and supporting materials needed to deliver each class effectively and consistently.
Every class is fully organized around defined instructional objectives, teaching priorities, joint-complex content, student participation, and the specific competencies students are expected to develop. Instructors are provided with a clear instructional framework for what should be taught, what should be emphasized, and how each lesson connects to the progression of the course.
