Autonomy v2 · CTPS P3
Before Registering
Before deciding whether or not to participate in the CTPS P3 Training Program, it is important to understand how Autonomy roles, representation standards, and license reimbursement policies apply.
Autonomy Roles
CTPS Instructors are not Autonomy employees. They operate as Autonomy licensees under the terms and conditions applicable to their CTPS Instructor license.
Employment and licensure are separate professional relationships with Autonomy.
Autonomy Representation
An individual may not simultaneously act as both an Autonomy employee and an Autonomy licensee.
If an active licensee accepts employment with Autonomy, the individual's license will be suspended for the duration of their employment. The suspension will remain in effect until the license expires, is voluntarily canceled, or the individual's employment with Autonomy ends.
This separation ensures that an individual's authority, responsibilities, and representation of Autonomy are clearly defined at all times.
License Reimbursement Policy
Because Autonomy professional licenses are paid licenses, an individual who becomes an Autonomy employee will no longer be permitted to exercise the rights associated with an active license while employed.
Accordingly, an Autonomy license purchased within the 12 months preceding the start of employment may be submitted for full reimbursement.
This policy prevents an individual from bearing the cost of a professional license that they are no longer permitted to exercise as a result of accepting employment with Autonomy.
