These stages are our recommended path, not a requirement. You can start anywhere, skip ahead, or return to a prior stage at any time. When reaching out by phone or email, please include the last three digits of your reference number—located above your mailing address on the invite letter—along with your full name and email address. This allows the assigned Autonomy License Consultant to verify whether a geolocation is available for your business. You’ll receive a confirmation email indicating availability before your inquiry moves forward.

Any geolocation, if available, can be reserved at no cost while you continue evaluating the viability of an Av2 license for your business.

Stage/Section 1: Explore Reviews and Insights from End-users and Licensees

One of the earliest stages in the process is the Reviews Exchange, a space created to address a problem many users and licensees recognized, even if they didn’t fully understand its cause.

Although there are countless platforms for posting reviews, all are built around business profiles rather than individual products and services. And reviews are almost always associated with the business that provided the service. This becomes a problem only when the service provider and the service developer are separate entities. As a result, Av2 reviews are often misattributed and scattered across numerous business review pages. Because Av2 is delivered through independent gyms, chiropractic offices, wellness centers, and other licensed facilities, the positive feedback it generates enhances those businesses’ reputations, which is deserved, but it also creates a centralized gap. There’s no single place where people can see what’s being said about Av2 itself, independent of the businesses offering it.

To make matters more complicated, multiple companies use the name “NorthStar,” none of which have any connection to NorthStar Advanced Exercise Science. So even when someone searches for Autonomy v2 or looks up a “NorthStar” business, they often end up reading about the wrong company entirely.

The Reviews Exchange was built in response to repeated requests for a centralized, authenticated space where people can share thoughts, ask questions, and see feedback from others who are actually using Autonomy v2. It’s a dedicated space for verified users and licensees to interact, clarify, and contribute to the larger community, focused solely on the real Av2, built and managed by NorthStar Advanced Exercise Science.

Stage/Section 3: Review the Av2 Handbook

The Av2 Handbook is an optional but highly recommended resource that outlines the full structure of the Autonomy v2 system. It explains how the platform functions, what the programs look like, and how the business models are organized. The handbook also covers service pricing, revenue projections, integration examples, and a detailed explanation of license components, including allocation tickets, pricing tiers, and available support levels. It serves as a central reference for understanding how all parts of the Av2 system connect—both operationally and financially.

Stage/Section 4: Consult with an Autonomy License Consultant

The ALC Consultation is an optional, no-cost opportunity to speak directly with an authorized NorthStar Autonomy License Consultant. This stage is entirely optional, and may be skipped if you are confident in your understanding of the Av2 licensing process and how you intend to integrate it into your business operations.

ALC availability is offered to those who have completed the Business Assessment Worksheet, reviewed the Av2 Handbook, and still have questions about licensing or implementation.

Consultations can be scheduled as often as needed to help you explore how Autonomy v2 aligns with your business objectives. Each ALC is trained to provide accurate information about the system, its licensing structure, and its possible applications within your area and type of operation. Consultations offer a direct way to ask questions, discuss implementation possibilities, and gain a clear understanding of how Autonomy v2 could function within your organization.

This ensures that every business-related exchange between specialists, consultants, and prospective clients remains transparent, verifiable, and accessible to management in real time, providing oversight without reliance on phone recordings or on varying state laws governing party consent.

Stage/Section 5: Review Av2 License Options

The Av2 License Options section provides everything you need to understand how Autonomy v2 licensing works before making any decisions. It includes access to the official Av2 Licensing Guide, which explains geo locations and geo zones, outlines cooling-off periods for license purchases, and defines key licensing terms. You’ll be able to review the different license formats, see how allocation tickets function, and understand precisely what a license permits—and what it does not. The guide also includes a detailed look at associated costs and the license document itself, ensuring complete transparency in both structure and scope. This process allows every business to review the terms and mechanics of the license with clarity and confidence before proceeding.

Stage/Section 6: Reserve a Geo Location via Purchase Agreement

Each business that applies for an Autonomy v2 license is assigned to a NorthStar geozone, which represents the broader geographic area in which the business operates. Within each geozone, there is a limited number of geolocations, each corresponding to a specific business address authorized to hold an Av2 license. This structure prevents market overlap and ensures balanced representation within every region.

The process of reserving a geolocation begins with a simple availability check. NorthStar first verifies whether an open geolocation exists within your assigned geozone. If one is available, a Purchase Agreement will be sent to you. Completing and submitting that agreement—without payment—formally reserves the geolocation under your business name.

While this step reserves your position, the license itself is not considered active or secured until payment has been received and processing is complete.

Stage/Section 7: Submit Payment to Activate Your Av2 License

The final step in the licensing process is submitting payment to activate your Av2 License. Once your Purchase Agreement has been received and your geolocation reserved, you’ll be sent the official payment forms. These forms provide instructions for completing payment by either business check or wire transfer.

Credit card payments are not accepted for first-time licenses. This policy ensures proper business verification and recordkeeping during initial setup. However, once a business relationship has been established, credit card payments are permitted for future license renewals.

After payment is confirmed, your Av2 license becomes fully active, and your business is officially recognized as a licensed Autonomy v2 provider within its assigned geozone.
