Autonomy Support
Autonomy Support is Autonomy v2’s centralized support resource, powered by the KSPEC Intelligence Hub. Questions submitted through Autonomy Support are reviewed and answered directly by KSPEC rather than routed to a human support representative.
KSPEC provides support across virtually every part of the Autonomy v2 ecosystem, including exercise systems, CTPS programs, professional pathways, licensing, certification, P3 training, policies, procedures, terminology, system requirements, instructor operations, account access, platform use, and general Autonomy v2 processes.
Responses are generated from Autonomy v2’s governed knowledge, published policies, operational standards, and current program information, allowing KSPEC to provide consistent support across a broad range of Autonomy-related questions.
